Our website’s data, maps, and photographs are copyrighted to the University of Tennessee Herbarium – TENN. The herbarium shall remain the sole and exclusive owner of all rights, title, and interest in and to all specifically copyrighted information created and posted for inclusion in this system. Use and reproduction of any data is authorized for educational purposes. All other usage must gain prior written permission from the copyright holders with additional acknowledgment given to the TENN herbarium. For permission requests please email tennherbarium@utk.edu.

Although the TENN herbarium attempts to ensure that all the information contained in its databases are correct, it assumes no responsibility for inaccuracies or omissions in its record sets. Neither the herbarium nor any of its employees shall be held liable for any improper or incorrect use of the information described and/or contained herein and assumes no responsibility for anyone’s uses of the information.
